WeatherBug DLL is an API programmed by Daniel Danopia that allows programmers to use the HTTP-based WeatherBug API without even knowing what HTTP is. (Don't ask what it is, either). It is currently U.S.A. only.
The version that was available from the GMC as of the last help build was 0.1.0.
