I am a coding enthusiast that runs both large and small web sites, own a domain (or two), and host it all on a dedicated server. Plus, I offer services at ridiculously low prices - some are even free. What more could you want of sometime who codes your sites? 
Qualifications
I know, there are a lot of people that work with phpBB2/3. So why pick me? I have a few points why:
- I have a few working MODs for phpBB2 out.
- I work with phpBB3 as well as phpBB2.
- My languages include [X]HTML, CSS, XML, Javascript, PHP, and .NET languages, meaning that I can also do page design and am flexible, unlike many other coders.
- I actively admin a phpBB2 site that has quite a few MODs on it, and (get ready) 32,000+ posts, written by 4,300+ users (5,250+ including non-activated). We have had over 50 users online within 5 minutes and well over 400 different users log in per a day.
- And, partially because of the above point, I run both large, small, and medium-sized boards.
- Finally, I have set up and ran boards under many environments - dedicated, free (overly restricted and normal), and paid shared hosting.
What I Do & Provide
My services range from installation of phpBB2/3 boards to installing a MOD to making your forums match your main site for an integrated feel. Also, on special request, I can also do other things, like helping install MediaWiki or some other web software.
